OUR COMPANY :

Hi! We’re NONA.
We run 2 fresh pasta restaurants and 3 Neapolitan pizzerias in Brussels. And now we’re getting ready to open our first spot in Wolf Antwerp, where we’ll be doing both pizza and pasta under one roof.

Since we opened our first restaurant back in June 2017, we’ve been inspired by the slow food movement. That means we take things seriously when it comes to quality, working with organic ingredients and local producers whenever we can.

Right now, we’re looking for a Pizzaiolo / Pasta commis to join our top team in Antwerp. The pizza making is the most important skill that we’re looking for, and if you’ve worked with fresh pasta before (especially mantecazione), amazing — but it’s not a must. We will definitely provide training where needed.

YOUR PROFILE :

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience making real Neapolitan pizza

  • Know your way around dough and feel confident using a 500 degrees Neapolitan pizza oven (super important)

  • Take initiative and keep your station organized

  • Like working with people and enjoy being part of a team

  • Are reliable, hardworking, clean, and structured

  • Are happy to learn from and follow the lead of our pizza chef

  • Bring good energy and want to keep improving your craft

WE OFFER :

Full-time contract (38h/week)

  • Hourly wage based on your experience

  • Nice extras, including:

    • tax-free overtime

    • transport costs covered (home → work)

    • year-end bonus (thirteen month)

  • Moving from abroad? We’ll gladly help you get settled in Antwerp.
