FRanchising
In 2017, we opened our first NONA restaurant, serving authentic Neapolitan pizza made from organic, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
Since then, we have opened much-loved pizza and fresh pasta restaurants across Belgium, with each location staying true to our founding philosophy of Good Food, Good People, Good for the World.
Now, we’re ready to spread the NONA life even further, and we’re looking for franchising partners to work closely with into this next chapter.
If this could be you, let’s talk.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
NONA was founded on one simple principle: Do Good.
This means serving proper Italian food made with seasonal, organic ingredients, working with local Belgian farmers and small-scale Italian suppliers, and ensuring that our impact on the planet is as positive as It can be.
As we say, “It’s a NONA life!”
Good Food
Food tastes best when we let nature do its thing. That’s why 70% of our ingredients are Certified Organic and our menus change as the seasons do.
Good People
The people we work with share our values and care for quality as much as we do — from our organic farmers and producers in Belgium and Italy, to our restaurant teams.
Good for the world
Food is a system, and we are all part of it. That is why we work with farmers and suppliers whose practices protect our soils, waters, air quality, and animal welfare.
3 concepts
At NONA, we celebrate authentic Italian food through three distinct concepts, each with its own soul, yet united by the same commitment to real, honest ingredients and operational simplicity and efficiency.
Neapolitan pizzeria
Serving only true Neapolitan pizza, made according to the strict rules of the AVPN, the guardian of Neapolitan pizza tradition.
Fresh pasta restaurant
Offering a menu of fresh pasta, made in NONA’s own atelier, along with seasonal sauces made from organic ingredients.
Pizza and Pasta combined
Combining the best of both worlds — freshly made pasta and Neapolitan pizza, side by side.
3 formats
Each of our three concepts can be operated in three formats.
Flagship restaurant
A high-traffic location in a vibrant area, catering to a wide mix of guests — from office workers and locals to tourists and visitors.
Neighbourhood restaurant
A warm, local spot serving the community with both dine-in and take-away/delivery options.
Food court kiosk
A compact, high-efficiency setup ideal for premium food courts or travel hubs, bringing the NONA experience to high-footfall spaces.
