Shift-leader (with potential to grow)

About the job

As a shift-leader at NONA, you are responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurants, from supporting your team to taking initiatives with regards to the management of your restaurant.

The role of shift-leader is a stepping-stone to grow into a more senior restaurant management position.

This role would be specifically at NONA Merode.

Your Responsibilities

Help manage the day-to-day running of the entire restaurant, including :

-        selection, training, planning, and supporting of NONA team members;

-        ensuring the highest standards of providing an exceptionally friendly customer service;

-        actively look for and propose ways we can improve our guests’ experience and the operations.

Your Profile :

We are looking for someone who is :

-        Exceptionally friendly;

-        Confident, stress-resilient, and honest;

-        Reliable and hard-working;

-        Proactive & naturally taking on responsibilities;

-        Open-minded and keen to learn.

Experience in casual-dining or retail is a plus, but not necessary.

Good knowledge of Dutch and French is required, with English and any other languages a plus.
