The air is getting colder, the days shorter, and the flavours a little richer now that October is here — and we can’t wait to share what that means for our seasonal menus.


Today, we introduce a new line-up of dishes that celebrates the autumnal spirit, with lots of bright oranges, creamy textures, and warmth.

The time of the pumpkin


While the sunshine of summer has passed, the bright orange of our favourite autumn vegetable is bringing a lot of brightness to our days and our plates.


This season, we bring back our classic Zucca pizza with its cream of pumpkin base, fior di latte mozzarella, smoky scamorza affumicata, pancetta, and rosemary. A guest favourite for good reason.


We also have our delicious From Dries With Love vegan option, also spread with cream of pumpkin, and topped with other autumn icons like sautéed mushrooms, beetroot, hazelnuts, and rocket.

Creamy and crunchy


This season’s pasta specials are masterpieces in both flavour and texture.


Gricia is a Roman classic made with organic guanciale from the Savigni family (if you haven’t seen it already, you can watch our film about them here!).


We render down the cured pork cheek and combine it with lots of black pepper, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, and a splash of pasta water to create an unbelievably creamy sauce, topped with more guanciale that we crisp up in the pan .

Carote Mascarpone e Salvia has been on our menu for years now.


It’s a delicious vegetarian option made with the classic autumn flavours of carrot and sage, then topped with a salted almond crumble. To make it extra indulgent, add a scoop of fresh stracciatella.
