Antipasti à la NONA
We have three antipasti dishes making their NONA debut this season and it will come as no surprise that we love them all.
Formaggi e Verdure and Salumi e Verdure are our answer to the classic Italian antipasti plate.
As their names might suggest, one comes with cheese — Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano, to be precise — while the other is served with Prosciutto di Parma and thinly sliced Mortadella.
Both include typical antipasti vegetables, like sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and marinated courgette that are picked at their peak and preserved sott’olio.
Available only at Pasta Bailli (for now…)
